The conference of the National Consultative Council concluded without an agreement.

The failure of”the conference was caused by President Hassan’s regid position on core national issues. A trajectory FMS leaders disagreed upon.

Last week, JL state as one of the four regional governments that worked with the FGS past two and a half years, withdrew from the conference.

Similarly, Puntland state a powerful state administration and the base of the Federal System rejected to participate the conference.

This has caused uncertainty about the future of the state building process of the country.

As the situation appears, it’s impossible to predict the state of the national affairs. A process that requires a consensus based approach.
