No change in the management of airspace, and the federal government is in charge of it – says Somalia’s civil aviation authority in an apparent response to a statement made earlier by Somaliland civil aviation and airports authority.
Somaliland’s aviation and airport authority has accused the federal government of Somalia of “misusing” management of the airspace by targeting passenger planes, medical aircraft and other planes used by leaders and officials that are traveling to Somaliland.
The federal civil aviation authority of Somalia has not yet responded to the accusation from Somaliland civil aviation and airport authority.
