Turkey’s Involvement in Somalia Raises Concerns Amidst Puntland’s War Against ISIS

Turkish officials in Mogadishu, associated with the Turkish Foreign Ministry and intelligence agencies, are now publicly challenging Somalia’s Federal Member States, particularly Puntland, by dismissing Puntland’s efforts against ISIS in the Calmiskaad mountain range.
