USElectionOnFirstpost: Donald Trump vs Kamala Harris: Who’s Leading the Polls?

The 2024 US Presidential Election is now less than two weeks away! According to the latest CNBC All-America Economic Survey, former President Donald Trump leads Vice President Kamala Harris by 48%-46%.

The survey, conducted from 15-19 October, included 1,000 voters nationwide, with 186 from key battleground states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. An additional 400 voters from these states bring the battleground sample to 586.

Trump holds a commanding lead among voters prioritising inflation, the economy, and middle-class needs, while Harris leads on several secondary issues of concern, though they rank below the economy.

Both candidates are vying for the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency. Each likely has strongholds that could secure around 200 votes, but the race remains tight and competitive.

Early voting has begun, but remember: polls can shift as Election Day on 5 November approaches.
