Wasaaradda Degaanka, Beeraha iyo Isbedelka Cimilada ee Dowladda Puntland ayaa Magaalada Garoowe ka qaybisey Burjikooyinka tashiila dhuxusha si loo yareeyo xaalufka Deegaanka.
