Wadahadalladii biyo-xireenka Ee Masar iyo Itoobiya oo fashilmay

Wareeg kale oo wadahadal ah oo ku saabsan biyo-xidheenka muranka badan dhaliyay ee Itoobiya ka dhisayso webiga Niilka Buluuga ah ayaa ku dhammaaday guuldarro.

Shirkan oo muddo laba maalmood ah ka socday magaalada Addis Ababa ee xarunta dalka Itoobiya, ayaa waxaa isugu yimid wakiillo ka socday Itoobiya iyo labada dal ee Masar iyo Suudaan.

Masar iyo Suudaan ayaa muddo dheer walaac ka muujinayay in biyo-xireenku uu halis gelin karo sahaydooda muhiimka ah ee biyaha.

Masar oo ka hadlaysa fashilka ku yimid wadahadaladii ugu dambeeyay, waxay ku eedaysay Itoobiya ” diidmo joogto ah” oo ah inay aqbasho tanaasulaad dhinaca farsamada iyo sharciga ah.

Qaahira waxay sidoo kale ku adkaysatay inay ilaalinayso xuquuqda “si ay u difaacdo biyaheeda iyo ammaankeeda qaranka” si waafaqsan shuruucda caalamiga ah.

War qoraal ah oo ay soo saartay wasaaradda arrimaha dibadda Itoobiya ayaa lagu sheegay in Masar ay “ku adkaysatay maskaxdii gumeysiga waxayna dhigtay jidgooyo ka dhan ah dadaallada ku wajahan isu-imaanshaha”.

Biyaxireenka GERD oo ku kacaya 4.6 bilyan oo doolar waxa uu noqon karaa mid ka mid ah warshadaha korontadda ee ugu weyn Afrika haddii la dhammeeyo, isaga oo awood u leh in uu dhaliyo 5000 megawatts oo koronto ah. Addis Ababa ayaa rajaynaysa in biyo-xidheenku uu ka caawin doono dadaala ku aaddan gaadhsiinta malaayiin qoys koronto ku filan.

Dhismaha GERD wuxuu bilaabmay 2011-kii, wada-xaajoodyo badan oo tan iyo xilligaasi socdayna waa lagu guul-darreystay in ay soo saaraan heshiis dhab ah.

Bishii Luulyo Ra’iisul Wasaaraha Itoobiya Abiy Axmed iyo Madaxweynaha Masar Abdel Fattah al-Sisi ayaa ballan qaaday inay dhameystirayaan heshiiska.

Ka dib afar wareeg oo wadahadal ah ayaa lagu qabtay Qaahira iyo Addis Ababa – midkoodna ma keenin heshiis.

Biyo-xireenka ayaa gabagabo ku dhow, Itoobiya ayaa billowday inay koronto dhaliso sannadkii hore balse si buuxda uma shaqeyn.
